P100 PUMP
Reciprocating pump with a parallel connection of double plungers and an intelligent control of the microprocessor provides higher operating pressure, smaller pulsation, and stable performance. The alternating double plunger rods and seals have twice the operating life of most common pumps connected in series.
The built in microprocessor has process monitoring so the flow in monitored in real-time as well as a pressure monitor system that will alarm and shut the pump down when the pressure exceeds the limit.
Advanced system design : The whole system uses a modular design so each component can be independently assembled or disassembled, so it is very convenient for troubleshooting and maintenance.
The hplc has a micro drive circuit under a microprocessor control, which provides stead operation of the stepper motor that drives the pump. This reduces noise and enlarges the allowable range of speed regulation, which makes the system ideal for both the routine analysis and the microanalysis.
UV100 UV Detector
With its pioneering digital switch system, the detector directly outputs digital signal to the WS100 workstation, which avoids the signal distortion and interference that common UV detectors may bring about during their multiple analog-to-digital conversion of chromatograph signal.

The optical path system uses a precise positioning structure with high accuracy and small deviation. The deuterium lamp and the optical path system uses the heat insulation technology, which shortens the stabilizing hours and minimizes the negative effect that the deuterium lamp brings to the optical path system.
The preamplifier adopts an instrument amplifier with high impedance but low excursion and an A/D switch with high definition. Under common analysis circumstances, its dynamic range can go to 10 6 , which ensures the precision of logarithmic calculation.
WS100 Workstation
WSl00 chromatogram workstation software realizes the fully automated integration of UV detector and high-pressure constant flow pump, and has full control with simple, convenient and fast operation.
The software has a fully automated digital control system, which makes the workflow easier and increases the accuracy of operation. The software mainly consists of two major function modules, namely LC-100 PLUS control module and the chromatogram data processing module.
Its control enables the instrument control of each LC-100 PLUS at the same time under a graphic interface, perform the isocratic and gradient analysis, wavelength scanning, chromatograph scanning and switching event relay, etc, display the flow quantity curves, wavelength scanning curves and so on of several sets of pumps at the same time.
Six kinds of quantitative algorithmic methods: normalization, revised normalization, revised normalization with factor of proportionality, internal standard method, and external standard method and index calculation.
Calibrating Operation: Realize the calibration of standard samples with multiple concentrations and set up a calibration curve of sample concentration and peak area.
Flexible Peak Identification and Disposal: identify and dispose the chromatograph peak through setting the peak disposal parameters and the timing programmer, or dispose manually.
